Belly THIS off! – Brian’s results Week 1
The first week’s weigh in happened this morning, and I’m a little nervous. Either I screwed up my weight last week, or I’m about to have a 3 week plateau.
- Weight: Now 238.6lbs, Previous 243.6, Total Change -5lbs
- Fat: Now 35.8%, Previous 37.1%, Total Change -1.3%
- H20: Now 42.6%, Previous 41.5%, Total Change +1.1%
- Muscle: Now 37.2%, Previous 36.9%, Total Change +.3%
Compared to my starting point last week, I’m significantly down in weight, and down marginally in fat, up a bit in water, and a bit in muscle.
What am I doing differently?
Well…not a whole ton. Last week I watched what I ate, did a couple of brisk walks, went on a big hike with Maks on Thursday, tried to remain relatively carb free…but I didn’t do a whole ton of exercise.
I’ve started the starting strength program today, and will do that for the next 3 weeks or so before moving on to the metabolism advantage workout…but I’m not going nuts yet (because the easiest way to derail this whole mess is to get an injury, which I usually do a couple months in).
