One step closer….CJ’s Week 3 results
Well, Week 3 already! We just completed our weigh in and I thought that I would be up this week, given the way it has gone, but here are the facts:
- Weight: Now 239.2 lbs, Previous 239.4, Total Change -0.2 lbs
- Fat: Now 38.5%, Previous 39.06%, Total Change -0.5%
- H20: Now 41.1%, Previous 41.%, Total Change +0.1%
- Muscle: Now 37.1%, Previous 37.%, Total Change +0.1%
All in all, not too bad. I still am having issues with night-time eating. Also, I was at a friends wedding on Saturday and just gorged on tasty cakes and the like.
The running is going well. I am really enjoying it. Unfortunately, on Saturday, I think I hurt myself. Shins, knees and inner thighs were extremely painful by Saturday night. I was still too sore to run on Sunday morning. I tried toe-crunches for the shins and soaking in Epsom salt baths for muscle soreness. I’m still sore, but will try tonight to either run or hit the elliptical trainer.
