CJ’s Week 7 Results

Congratulate me. No reason, just looking for validation :)

I missed my Week 6 check in. Par for course of late it would seem. Well, I have Week 7 results. Here they are:

  • Weight: Now 238.6 lbs, Previous 239.0, Total Change -0.4 lbs
  • Fat: Now 37.5%, Previous 37.9%, Total Change -0.4%
  • H20: Now 41.1%, Previous 41.1%, Total Change NIL
  • Muscle: Now 37.1%, Previous 37.1%, Total Change NIL

Weight loss continues and it appears to be fat. Nice!

The food intake is still a concern. Eating at night, eating less than nutritious foods, etc. I am starting a food journal this week. I will track what I ate and hopefully that will motivate me to watch what I shovel down my gullet going forward.

I have yet to start the workouts (push-ups, sit-ups, etc) that I wanted to. Too lazy, bottom line. I am still running three times a week with my Learn to Run class at the Running Room. We’re up to our 6 & 1′s (6 minutes of running, 1 minute of walking, 3 sets). Its fun…still painful, but fun. A few of us in class are thinking about doing the 5K class starting in October. The core group I’ve been running with are a great crew and fun to run with.
