I’m back baby! – Brian’s week 7 results
Well I’ve been on vacation for a couple of weeks, got back last week but was too busy to do a weigh in, and now I’m back fully.
- Weight: Now 238.6 lbs, Previous 242.2, Total Change -3.6 lbs
- Fat: Now 35.9%, Previous 36.6%, Total Change -0.7%
- H20: Now 42.6%, Previous 41.9%, Total Change +0.7%
- Muscle: Now 37.2%, Previous 37%, Total Change +0.2%
Anything different? Well for those three weeks I didn’t hit the gym, but I was doing a lot around the house, and I am trying to keep being a good lad in terms of food. I tend to stay away from carbs (although I have to confess that in the last month I’ve gorged at the fair…and felt absolutely horrible afterwards, had a chili dog and popcorn at the movies on Saturday, and had homemade Parmesean Chicken with about a cup of pasta last night (loaded with veggies though).
I went back to the gym this morning for the first time in a while, and I’m on my meal plan again. I think I’ll join CJ this week in a food log. I’ll post here by the end of the week exactly what goes through my lips every day and we’ll see how honest I can be.
