CJ’s Week 8 Results
Week 8 Results:
- Weight: Now 237.0 lbs, Previous 238.6, Total Change -1.6 lbs
- Fat: Now 38.1%, Previous 38.5%, Total Change -0.4%
- H20: Now 41.5%, Previous 41.1%, Total Change +0.4%
- Muscle: Now 37.2%, Previous 37.1%, Total Change +.1
(Only 22 lbs until my laptop!)
I finished my first 5K race this weekend, the Community In Motion race benefitting Community Living London. It was a blast. Hard work, but very fun. I got a time of 31 minutes and 46.82 seconds. NOt sure if that’s good for a first timer, but have been told its not bad. My next race is the 6K Gobbler Gallop on October 11th. It benefits the London Food Bank.
The only other thing to report is the food journal. Well, the report is, there is not one. Did not even try. Thought about it but that’s as far as I got. I have replaced my ice cream cravings with Sorbet. Much less sugar, fat and calories and very tasty.
I hope to get the journal started this week. I will try to either post a daily journal entry or just wait till the end of the week, we’ll see.
