Wow! 4 lbs! Amazing!

I credit the food journal and watching the food intake! I’ve been using an iPhone application called LoseIt (iTunes link)! It’s easy to use and tracks both food and exercise, giving credit to your daily budget. I am so pumped by this! A friend, Adrian, has recommended Daily Burn. Web site, barcode scanner (paid app) and iPhone app like LoseIt!. Will check out the site. The programs there look interesting…

The running going really well. It turns out my instructor from the Learn to Run course lives in my area. On Sunday, when the rest of our remaining class was running the Run for The Cure, we did a neighbourhood 6K run. So much fun!

Well, for this week? Continue the running. My last class is Saturday, but we’re talking about staying together in either another class or just running on our own. We’ll hammer that out this week. The food, well, given the success of this week, I’ll maintain the status quo for now. Will look at getting closer to my budgets, as I have been coming in under them.
