This is why I’m fat (Brian’s Week 11 results)
Well, let’s use me as a case study for non-discipline shall we?
In the past 7 days I have consumed 2 cakes, half a litre of ice cream, 1 creme brulee, and 10 meals at restaraunts (including Coconut Red Curry, french fries on two occasions, hamburgers on two occasions, chicken parmesean, steak with a loaded baked potato, and A&W hamburger, fries, and root beer). Add popcorn and pop in, remove any exercise whatsoever, and I’ve gained weight. This isn’t why I’m fat…this is why I’m fat.
Plus I’m sick right now and feel like crap.
As my old boss was fond of saying “This is a business going in the wrong direction”.
It’s buckle up time kids. Here’s where I get serious again.
- Weight: Now 239.8 lbs, Previous 238.0, Total Change +1.8 lbs
- Fat: Now 36.2%, Previous 35.9%, +1.7
- H20: Now 42.4%, Previous 42.7%, Total Change -.2%
- Muscle: Now 37.1%, Previous 37.2%, -.1%
On the agenda this week, I need to hit the gym at least 3 times this week (Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday). I need to watch what I’m eating, and get myself going on the whole “Metabolism Advantage” thing. 4 cheat meals (and that includes meal skips) maximum.
