The following are my starting numbers, not to happy about them but you have to start somewhere. Besides; if they weren’t bad i wouldn’t need the support. The plan is for the top 2 to go down while the bottom 2 go up. Weight: 262.6 lbs Fat %: 44.1% H2O %: 33.0% Muscle %: 33.9%
