Brian’s Goals

These are my overall goals that I want to be able to accomplish by February 10th 2010.

  • Bench 265lbs
  • Leg press 400lbs
  • Do 10 pull ups
  • Do 20 dips
  • Do 40 pushups
  • Do 120 Hindu squats in 2 minutes
  • Run 3k in 10 minutes
  • Touch my toes
  • Sit in the lotus position
