Brian’s Goals
These are my overall goals that I want to be able to accomplish by February 10th 2010.
- Bench 265lbs
- Leg press 400lbs
- Do 10 pull ups
- Do 20 dips
- Do 40 pushups
- Do 120 Hindu squats in 2 minutes
- Run 3k in 10 minutes
- Touch my toes
- Sit in the lotus position

Lofty goals, indeed!
